Case Study: InnerGeek

Two years ago Vicky started up an online webshop, It was started as an experiment to learn all the issues involved in ecommerce, a practical way to understand how we can best help other small ecommerce companies. In those two years we have grown to a company with a turnover of £100k. More than that we experienced difficulties with deliveries from manufacturers, Amazon, Ebay, warehousing and postal networks. This puts us in the unique position of being able to see the ecommerce world from two perspectives, inside and outside the business.
